Krabi Airport was only 40 minutes away from the resort, so I had plenty of time for some exciting island hopping and rock climbing. The tour desk at the resort was quite helpful in planning my adventures.

Lost requests, rude staff, and a rat-infested room. Who knew a vacation could be so eventful?

Short distance to ao nang beach, just 1 mile. Pleased it had a bathtub in the room...

It was all superb.

The atmosphere was lively, and we had a great bonding experience as a family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed to enjoy our game. It was a perfect way to spend quality time together.

My wife says that having a dedicated kids' club or play area would have been great for families with children.

The bungalow was very nice and big an the staff very friendly.

The pool is rather small so is the breakfast.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the cozy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and the wide selection of international channels on the TV at Palm Paradise Resort. The huge pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, especially for the kids. The breakfast spread was impressive and kept us full for the day.

We felt welcomed throughout our stay and had no reason to complain about anything.

Our stay in this beautifull resort in a spacious and clean suite was excellent. Very good and big swimmingpool (with kidspool). Eventhough it was low-season, the hotelstaff was very helpfull and the chef-de-cuisine provided for delicious thai and inexpensive meals (even better than in Ao Nang itself). The complimentary resort-shuttle service to Ao nang (circa 5 min drive) is very convenient, and it picks you up any time at sister-hotel Beach Terrace for the way back. You can also walk but with little kids and no pedestrianwalk alongside the road this is not recommended. The 4-islands tour by longtail (reservation throught Ao Nang Tourist Information is very good, also for little kids, they loved it (safetyjackets are on board)!

The cleaning of the room could be better, especially cleaning of bathroom and floor.

We had a great stay. Villa120 was cozy, clean and had fast wifi. The big and nice pool was perfect for a relaxing time. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that guests have a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms on the 3rd level are convenient and the breakfast provided is satisfying.

It was a short and affordable taxi ride to the beach and other attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even arranging for a special candlelit dinner for us on our last night.

There were a few minor issues. The breakfast selection was limited and could have offered more variety.
