The pool view rooms were nice with spacious balconies where I could relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the pool staff were friendly and cheerful.

The fridge barely worked.

The location was quiet and perfect, away from everything literally, the hotel overlooked garden. Popped in Green Pepper Restaurant&bar for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing retreat.

We faced issues with the air conditioning not working and a fridge that barely cooled our drinks. The quality of service was hit or miss, as some staff members were unhelpful when we asked for assistance.

Our stay in this beautifull resort in a spacious and clean suite was excellent. Very good and big swimmingpool (with kidspool). Eventhough it was low-season, the hotelstaff was very helpfull and the chef-de-cuisine provided for delicious thai and inexpensive meals (even better than in Ao Nang itself). The complimentary resort-shuttle service to Ao nang (circa 5 min drive) is very convenient, and it picks you up any time at sister-hotel Beach Terrace for the way back. You can also walk but with little kids and no pedestrianwalk alongside the road this is not recommended. The 4-islands tour by longtail (reservation throught Ao Nang Tourist Information is very good, also for little kids, they loved it (safetyjackets are on board)!

The cleaning of the room could be better, especially cleaning of bathroom and floor.

The room itself was a bit of a letdown compared to the pictures. While the atmosphere was tranquil and the staff friendly, the dining options were quite repetitive and the location required a fair bit of walking to reach the beach.

The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing retreat. The shallow end was particularly great for my kids, ensuring they could splash around safely. We also enjoyed the sun terrace, lounging under the beautiful weather while watching the little ones play!

Facilities need serious attention!!! Plumbing barely functions, resulting in flooding after showers. Dull lighting made cleanliness hard to assess, with stained sheets requiring a change!!! Inconsistent WiFi connectivity disappoints during stays.
